Integrating YourSELF, Automatic Writing and Channeling

Most times when I write, a different frequency joins my personal energy signature, aka automatic writing or channeling. People get scared of that word because they simple aren't familiar with the process. However, we all do it, most times without even being aware it's happening. Let me explain...​

We've all heard of the coveted state known as a 'runners high'. I feel it's also been well explained more recently as 'flow state'. Sometimes this state happens spontaneously and fills us with joy! Most people trying to achieve this state will take steps and use known disciplines such as meditation, yoga and even writing, etc.

When you simply relax into something that allows your mind system to slow down thoughts and connect with different frequencies; you are most likely taking conscious action to achieve this relaxed state. The frequencies that normally play a certain script throughout your day can be altered. You can then allow the brain to accept the codes of information to run through your mind systems: that is also know as integration. 

Does that sound complicated? It's not. When you breath consciously, you slow down thoughts. When you slow down thoughts you actually create and allow more 'space' in your mind system (the biocomputer in your head) which allows you more time to comprehend the scripts (or programs) running in your head all day long that may not be serving your highest good any longer. You are the person sitting behind the computer of your own brain and mind systems. You have the ability to delete old programs and begin to plug into the divine light of your soul.

What about integration? That space you created in your mind systems by first, slowing down your thoughts with conscious breath and second, creating space by doing so, can allow a super highway for more light to be integrated, consciously, as you delete old programs. 

The light hold codes that you can integrate or, you can stay in observer mode and just allow a higher frequency band to channel in and through you, so 'it' can express itself through your physical vessel. Hence we have channeled sessions and automatic writing when it is not 'you' coming through. On a higher frequency band, everything IS you but I'm speaking to the fractals at this time.  

When the energies are aligned with your monad you will undoubtly be able to integrate some of the higher dimensional energies when streaming soul particles through higher light channels of information highways that are coded with your energetic blueprint. 

Sometimes earthlings believe they are channeling some outside being when in fact, they are channeling a different aspect of their own soul; albeit, a different vibration and therefore, a different frequency. It is important that when we start waking up to the multidimensional truth of who and what we are, that we also allow room for the integration process, which includes acceptance of all aspects of ourselves. 

This is an advanced teaching. Please go easy on yourself if reading this and trying to comprehend these truths. In truth, you will not even be guided to read this if you were not capable of grasping the general message written within these words.
